The ACLU is a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded in 1920 to defend and preserve the individual liberties guaranteed all people in the county by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Our Idaho affiliate works statewide through litigation, legislation and advocacy outreach and public education. With over 2,000 members statewide we work to protect, preserve and defend the civil liberties of ALL Idahoans.
