The ACLU of Idaho Voting Rights Hotline will open from October 3, 2022 until November 11, 2022.
There are two ways Idaho voters may file a complaint on the ACLU of Idaho Voter Hotline:
- Submit your complaint on our Voter Hotline web form: There is space on the form to enter your contact information. This is the best way to contact us about voting problems. An ACLU representative will contact you within 48 hours.
- Submit your complaint by voicemail: call 1-800-542-4737 and leave a detailed voicemail of your complaint along with an email and phone number where you can be reached. An ACLU representative will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your request.
If you need accommodations to submit your complaint, please let us know in whatever manner works best for you. We can provide accommodations.
Aside from accommodations requests, we are only able to accept voting complaints through the web form. The ACLU of Idaho will not respond to voting complaints sent to our office phone number or ACLU Idaho social media channels.
Please note: we are not able to respond to calls or submissions to the Voting Rights Hotline that are not related to voting in Idaho. If you would like to submit an civil rights complaint, click here visit our legal intake page.
The ACLU of Idaho Foundation maintains the confidentiality of all information we receive. We may wish to share this information with other legal organizations while investigating complaints, but we will always seek your permission before doing so.
