Summary

Would create criminal offenses for anyone who "conceals, harbors, or shields" undocumented immigrants.

This includes any organization, director, and officer agent who aids an undocumented individual, including through transportation.

Would create a misdemeanor offense for one person and a felony offense for five people.

Exceptions would include law enforcement and first responders.
