Foreign-born Idahoans are an integral part of our state. They are neighbors, business owners, taxpayers, co-workers, and friends.
Despite these contributions, immigrant families are increasingly being targeted for political gain.
Hard-working Idahoans are being ripped from our communities. Innocent families are being torn apart.
It can take an undocumented person anywhere from 5 to 25 years to gain legal status. Financial hurdles, long waiting periods, confusing processes, and significant backlogs make the pathway to legal status painstakingly slow and daunting for Idaho families.
This defective system hurts Idaho’s industries and communities, making it harder for Idaho to thrive.
Cruel, unfair, and inconsistent immigration enforcement is not the answer. Fixing this broken system is.

We are demanding that Governor Little be accountable to taxpayers for the inhumane immigration enforcement happening across Idaho.
In October 2025, a military-style operation descended on a family-friendly horse racing event in Wilder, Idaho. People with legal status were detained. Innocent people were zip-tied, including children. This extreme and unnecessary use of force caused significant trauma to hundreds in the Latine community.
After the atrocious events in Wilder, state resources continue to be used to target innocent families. In 2025, there was an 800% increase in ICE arrests of our immigrant neighbors.
Little’s administration is pushing harmful immigration enforcement that is hurting families, communities, and industries across the state. He continues to defend this cruel treatment of hard-working Idaho families with lies and false narratives about immigrants.
We demand that he use his authority to protect Idahoans, promote public safety, and ensure every community is treated with dignity and fairness.
