Julianne Donnelly Tzul grew up in Pocatello, Idaho, and holds degrees from Oberlin College and Georgetown University Law Center. She represented and taught law to people seeking immigration protections for six years in Southern California with the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project. She managed a vibrant portfolio of social services for refugees for twelve years in Idaho with the International Rescue Committee. Julianne now leads the advocacy team at the ACLU of Idaho.
