2020 – HB 361 – Criminalize Legal Abortion
HB 361 attempts to overturn Roe v. Wade protections that provides legal access to abortion care in Idaho. This bill would make abortion illegal, without any exceptions, and would allow people who receive abortion care, or provide it, to be charged with murder.
