SB 1098 authorizes Idaho health plans to provide access to 12 months of birth control.

Would require localities to obtain approval from the Idaho state legislature in order to lawfully remove statues or rename public schools or streets named after historical figures or events.

Would allow eligible Idahoans to register to vote at the same time they apply for or renew their state driver’s license.

HB 56 attempts to overturn Roe v. Wade protections that provide legal access to abortion care in Idaho. This bill would make abortion illegal and would allow abortion providers, and people who receive abortion care, to be charged with murder.

Amends House Rule 64 to expand house leadership's authority to remove individuals from house-regulated spaces. If passed, the rule would prohibit banners, placards, and flags in places like committee rooms.

Prevents young people from being detained in secure facilities for "status offenses." A status offense is a noncriminal act that is considered a law violation only because of a young person's status as a minor.

SB 1030 marks the 15th year that legislation has been introduced to bring statewide discrimination protections for Idaho’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community by adding “gender identity” and “sexual orientation” to Idaho’s Human Rights Act.

This joint resolution proposes an amendment to the Idaho State Constitution that would prohibit the production, manufacture, transportation, sale, or delivery of "psychoactive drugs" unless the drug is 1) approved by the FDA, 2) lawfully prescribed, and 3) lawfully dispensed.
