Los Caminos de La Vida Storytelling Project

A project created to amplify the voices of our Idahoan immigrant community.

About the Project

Los Caminos de la Vida is an artivism (activism + art) project by the ACLU of Idaho’s SOMOS program, an initiative to challenge misinformation and harmful narratives about immigrants and Latines in Idaho through storytelling.

This project aims to educate non-immigrants about the challenges many immigrant families face because of a system that has failed them by sharing their stories and lived experiences to counter pervasive negative portrayals about them.

If you are interested in learning more about the project, please check out our FAQ page.

If you have questions about this project or are having issues submitting your story, email our Communications and Advocacy Fellow Rosseli Guerrero.

Thank you for your vulnerability and your time. Your story will help to take a step toward changing the narrative on immigration and, above all, for other people who are in the same situation to feel identified.
