Would require mandatory reporting of bullying incidents in public schools to the relevant parents or legal guardians and establish consequences for students who engage in harassment, intimidation, or bullying of their peers.
Would also mandate ongoing professional development for school staff to equip them with the necessary skills to prevent and respond to bullying incidents.
