Would create uniformity by adding “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes in the Idaho Human Rights Act, establishing statewide legal protections for the LGBTQ+ community against discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodations.
Currently, religion, race, color, sex, national origin, and disability are protected by the Idaho Human Rights Act.
