Proposes amendments to existing law in regards to prohibiting instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity for students in kindergarten through grade 12.

Would establish the Idaho E-Verify Act—a bureaucratic “prove yourself to work” system that hurts ordinary people.

Would require hospitals that accept Medicaid to collect the immigration status of patients and report to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

Would significantly expand the Attorney General's authority over hundreds of Idaho statutes, including those never designed for civil enforcement.

Would grant government agencies sole discretionary power to remove – and ban for a year – someone from the Idaho statehouse and Supreme Courthouse.

Would force government buildings (libraries, airports, rest areas, parks, etc.) and private businesses to police which bathrooms people are using.

Would require Idaho public schools to collect immigration status data from students and send reports to the state.

Would create criminal offenses for anyone who "conceals, harbors, or shields" undocumented immigrants.

HB 700 would make it a misdemeanor for an employer to knowingly employ, recruit, or refer unauthorized workers in Idaho.
