If triggered* this bill would ban abortion long before the point of viability and would undermine a pregnant person’s ability to make personal and private decisions that should be left to the pregnant person, their family, and their doctor.

HB 302 would require that all people seeking an abortion receive information about the development of children with Down syndrome and the resources that are available in both the private and public sector to assist parents of children with Down syndrome.

HB 255 would require Idahoans to provide a driver's license number or an identification card issued by the Idaho Department of Transportation to register to vote, and it eliminates an elector's ability to provide the last four digits of their social security number in lieu of a state issued I.D.

HB 249 would require parents to "opt-in" their children to any discussion concerning sexuality, sexual orientation, and gender identity. By requiring parents to "opt-in," the bill creates a significant barrier to students receiving crucial education about sexual health and healthy relationships.

HB 196 would reduce barriers to employment for Idahoans returning to their communities post incarceration by removing the check box from applications encourages employers to eliminate blanket exclusions of people with criminal records.

Senate Bill 1110 further restricts the ballot initiative and referendum process by requiring signatures from 6% of eligible voters from all 35 legislative districts, as opposed to the current process, which requires 6% of voter signatures from 18 districts.

Opposed: HB 195 would criminalize Idahoans for exercising their First Amendment rights and runs contrary to Idaho's ideals of freedom and public engagement.

Imposes felony liability on individuals who assist in the collection or conveyance of absentee ballots.

Imposes regulation on individuals and charitable organizations who solicit or accept donations to help pay bail for those incarcerated in Idaho jails.
