Senate Bill 1110 further restricts the ballot initiative and referendum process by requiring signatures from 6% of eligible voters from all 35 legislative districts, as opposed to the current process, which requires 6% of voter signatures from 18 districts.

Opposed: HB 195 would criminalize Idahoans for exercising their First Amendment rights and runs contrary to Idaho's ideals of freedom and public engagement.

Would bar public entities from entering into a contract with businesses that engage in a boycott of goods or services from Israel or its territories, impeding constitutionally protected political speech.

Would require localities to obtain approval from the Idaho state legislature in order to lawfully remove statues or rename public schools or streets named after historical figures or events.
