Would create a criminal offense for anyone who “knowingly and willfully” enters the wrong restroom. A second conviction could result in 5 years of prison time.

An extreme attempt to restrict youth’s protected rights to expression that would prohibit “secretive” social transitioning.

Would create uniformity by adding “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes in the Idaho Human Rights Act.

Proposes amendments to existing law in regards to prohibiting instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity for students in kindergarten through grade 12.
